Figure Skating Competition for amateur skaters
JUNA CUP 2017

General:

Juna Cup 2017 will include the following disciplines:

• Ladies and Men Free Skating (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters)
• Ladies and Men Artistic Free Skating
• Pairs Free Skating — Masters Pairs Free Skating, Pairs Free Skating and Pairs Artistic Free Skating
• Ice Dancing — Pattern Dance, Short Dance, Free Dance (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters)

Age categories for ladies and men free skating events: 
Young adults skaters born between July 1st, 1988 and June 30th, 1998, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters
Class I skaters born between July 1st, 1978 and June 30th, 1988, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters
Class II skaters born between July 1st, 1968 and June 30th, 1978, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters
Class III skaters born between July 1st, 1958 and June 30th, 1968, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters
Class IV skaters born between July 1st, 1948 and June 30th, 1958, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters
Class V skaters born between July 1st, 1938 and June 30th, 1948, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters

Single Artistic category devided by level: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters.
For Pairs Free Skating and Ice Dancing events both partners must have reached the age of 18 by July 1st , precending the event and must not have reached the age of 71 by July 1st, precending the event.
The Organizers have the right to combine categories if the number of participants requires. The judging will be done in new system (according to ISU regulations).

Registration of entries:
Entries must be registered online no later than 30.11.2016 on the Juna CUP website.
First Single event — 65€ per person
First Single event + one practice — 80€ per person
Second Single event — 40€ per person
First Pair/Ice Dance event — 90€ per pair
First Pair/Ice Dance event + one practice — 115€ per pair
Second Pair/Ice Dance event — 60€ per pair
Entries made after 30.11.2016 will be charged extra 10€ per person or 20€ per pair. The entry fee will not be refunded in case of withdrawals. Payment must be made by money order right after you received a confirmation about registration from Organizer but not later than 14.12.2016.

Planned Program Content sheet:
Planned Program Content sheet must be sent no later than 13.01.2017. Its not permitted to hand over the Program Content Sheets directly to the competitions Officials during the competition. Changed Program Content Sheet must be turned in upon registration. Planned Program Content sheet can be sent by e-mail on the following address: ppc@juna.ee

Music:
Music (equipped with the full name of the competitor, club and category) on CD must be submitted to the announcer’s desk before the relevant event and picked up from the same place after the event.

Competition schedule: 
A detailed time schedule will be available 7 days before the competition at the competition website.
Final timetable shall be announced at the opening draw.

Accreditation:
All event officials, competitors, coasches etc. are requested to register at the „Information and Registration desk“ upon arrival.

Draw: 
An electronical draw will take place on January 19th, 2017, starting orders will be published on our website: junacup.juna.ee 

Practice: 
Practice will take place at Škoda ice-rink. Practice fee is 15 € per person/per practice and should be paid with entry fee. Music can be played on CD's. Practice groups will be made by skater’s level. There is no guarantee join practice without registration.

Banquet:
The dinner party for participants and guests will be held after the competition day. The place will be announced one week before competition start. Banquet party price is 35 € per person (alcohol drinks are not included).

Expenses: 
The organizer does not pay any expenses of the teams. Travel expenses, and accommondation will be covered by the participants.
Expenses related to the competition’s technical management will be covered on account of the entry fees and sponsorship by the Organizer.

Protocol:
Protocol shall be available at the Skating Club Juna website. The Organizers shall not provide print-outs or CD-s.

Accomondation: 
Recommended hotel with special price for Juna Cup participants and guests is Hotel Rocca Al Mare . Hotel is located only 500 meters from Skoda ice-rink and have a good connection with city center. There is possibility to book a lunch and dinner at the hotel for 15€/each. For booking a room with special price please write an e-mail to jelena@juna.ee with full names of hotel guests, arrival and departure dates.

This price includes breakfast, swimming pool and sauna use every morning, Wi-fi, parking. Number of rooms is limited. 
Payment for Hotel Rocca al Mare must be made before January 2, 2017. Otherwise booking will be cancelled.

Liability:
In accordance with ISU Rule 119, the Organizer accepts no liability for injury or for property loss or damage incurred by Competitors or Officials. Each club is expected to provide its own insurance protection.

Demo Camp Juna:
Figure skating club Juna is organizing Summer Camp 2017 for adult skaters in Tallinn, Estonia
Demo Camp Juna will be held on 19.-20. of January 2017 before Juna Cup. For more information please visit: http://camp.juna.ee/
Registration to the camp is online inside Juna Cup 2017 registration form.
Camp will be held in two days (Thursday evening, Friday morning).
Dinner on Thursday and lunch on Friday will be organized and held on Ice Rink Škoda (Veska Grill) for all participants.
Demo Camp Juna price is 75 eur/per person (6 different classes + dinner and lunch).
Payment for the Demo Camp should be done together with Juna Cup entry fee.
